The Kings Head, Cheddar now closed

We were sad to hear that Tony and Rachael Wallington have given up the lease for The Kings Head in Cheddar and closed their doors for the last time on Friday 29 May.

They received a lively and emotional farewell from their regulars on the night, with music provided by Dr Love Vinyl Revival.

The Rhythm Collective were big supporters of the regular music events that Tony and Rachael were keen to host and we very much appreciated the opportunity to take part in a couple of these highly enjoyable evenings.

We would like to wish them all the best for the future and thank them for their support in recent years.

We hope that the pub owners will find a replacement landlord soon and that they will continue with the music theme, which has now become well established and much enjoyed by the local community.
