Drummers vs Cars

What is it with drummers and their cars?
It is only a couple of weeks since Ivor, our lovable drummer, rolled his car. Now (well last night anyway) Ross, our dep drummer, ended up in a ditch on his way home after a practice session.
Is it something to do with their coordination? Why do they feel that they have to bash everything? Thankfully neither of them were hurt, although in both cases I don't think their cars got off so lightly.
